Shipping Policy

All orders from KAPOW are shipped from Korea. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other external factors. However, we offer international express shipping with tracking to ensure a fast and reliable delivery experience.

Typically, orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy

At KAPOW, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic Pokémon products. Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or differs from the description, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Order cancellations must be requested prior to shipment; however, a 8% cancellation fee will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
